Human Resource departments from different organizations, University’s and different programs spend too much time in screening CV’s and screening any students’ specifications and not getting the utmost specifics about the person characteristics (body language, language fluency etc.) before the interview. However, the problem does not end here, the applicants themselves do not understand what the HR or the University’s expectations are when it comes to reviewing their CV’s or information.
