  2. 2Gate

    Academic fit

    EIA provides

Syllabus, outcomes and assessment, mapped to your credit rules.

    Agreed with you

Faculty who come back every year

US professors have brought cohorts to EIA for more than ten years. Ask them how they got approval and how they recruit.

How this is calculated

Every coefficient, for your finance office.

  • Investment is tuition times the number of students, whoever pays it.
  • All figures are set at a 20-student cohort, then scaled by (ln n / ln 20) to the power 1.5 for dollar values and 1.2 for applications and ranking.
  • At 20 students, revenue and partner value is 10 times the investment and media value is 2.5 times.
  • At 20 students, international applications rise 20% and ranking 10 positions.
  • The $10,000 grant counts from 20 students.
  • The default $2,159 is the current fee. Get a written quote before budgeting.
  • Based on EIA alumni and partner outcomes since 2012. Results vary.

Recruitment

We recruit the cohort with you

A cohort only exists once students have paid. Both sides know who does what, and both see the numbers.

EIA does

  • Online information sessions in your time zone
  • Campaign material, alumni stories and a landing page
  • The application form and student questions
  • Weekly tracking from application to payment

Your university does

  • Names a coordinator
  • Promotes through your channels and classes
  • Sets eligibility and runs nominations
  • Confirms credit for the students who go

Questions from universities

Does the university have to pay?

No. Universities fund a cohort, subsidise part of each place, or refer students who pay themselves. We agree the model first, because it decides who approves and what counts as done.

Can students earn credit?

Yes, if your university approves it. We send the syllabus, learning outcomes, workload, assessment and transcript arrangements, and map them to your credit rules. Where credit is not possible, we agree a recognised non-credit pathway.

Our exams run into July. Can students still join?

Often, yes. London is one week on site and two online, and the three cities start on different dates. We check your exam timetable before anything is signed.

What does the whole trip cost a student?

Tuition is $2,159 to $2,699 depending on when you book. Flights, stay, meals and insurance are extra. You get an itemised budget per student, with confirmed and possible funding shown separately.

Do students need a visa?

Most passports from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, the UAE and Israel need no Schengen visa, and the UK asks for an ETA. Students from mainland China need visas, and EIA sends invitation letters and supporting documents.

What does our travel office receive?

A provider and travel file: accommodation, emergency response, insurance responsibilities, accessibility, visa documents and named contacts in each city.

Who recruits the students?

We do it together. EIA runs online information sessions in your time zone and supplies the campaign material. Your coordinator handles nominations. Both sides track applications through to paid places.

How does the $10,000 grant work?

Bring 20 students and it is paid to the faculty lead, for research time, AI tools or student support. You get the terms in writing first.

I'm a student. Can I attend?

Yes. Ask your professor or international office to contact us, or email info@inacademy.eu.
